His educational journey spans across prestigious institutions, including Purdue University (Mechanical Engineering), Stanford D School, and the University of Michigan, where he pursued executive education.
In his role as CEO, Sam is responsible for overseeing and enhancing enterprise performance, ensuring that True PEO continues to excel in delivering exceptional services to our client partners.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sam's personal life is equally remarkable. He has been happily married for 36 years to his beloved Christmas Carol and is a proud parent of two exceptional daughters. Their household is also filled with the love of rescue dogs, embodying Sam's commitment to making a positive impact in every aspect of life.
Stephanie Pishkula is a seasoned professional with a career deeply rooted in operations management, private equity, and data-driven decision-making. She began her journey with True PEO in December 2023, bringing her extensive expertise to the organization.She got her Bachelors of Public Relations from University of Toledo.
In her role as COO, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing operations and quality control. With nearly two decades of progressive experience, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage and streamline operations to support corporate goals. Her areas of expertise encompass operations management, project management, KPI metrics, payroll operations, benefits administration, financial analysis, HR analysis, and more.

Craig, Senior Vice President of Risk Management at True PEO, is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in risk and claim management across a diverse range of industries, including retail, healthcare, staffing, PEO, and insurance brokerage. Her extensive expertise makes her an invaluable asset in navigating the complexities of risk management.
Stephanie excels at identifying and addressing intricate issues, skillfully integrating a variety of solutions to achieve positive results while simultaneously reducing the overall cost of risk. Her approach to handling claims is characterized by a proactive and assertive yet fair demeanor. At True PEO, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in ensuring favorable claim outcomes by collaborating closely with safety experts, clients, carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and brokers.
Aaron Johnson is a vital member of the True PEO team, bringing a wealth of expertise in safety, risk management, underwriting, pricing, and client service. His commitment to delivering the highest level of service and support is evident in his passion for his work.

Daniel Fields joined True PEO in August 2025 as Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, he leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, cash flow management, risk mitigation, compliance, and finance team leadership. Daniel plays a key role in aligning financial operations with business growth while ensuring long-term stability and performance.
With two master’s degrees in Accounting and Criminology and more than a decade of financial leadership experience, Daniel brings both depth and versatility to his position. He began his career as a criminal investigator before transitioning into accounting and later becoming a CPA. His professional background includes five years in public accounting and five years as Controller at CoAdvantage Resources, a large PEO, before joining True PEO.
Born and raised in Miami, Daniel has spent his life in Florida and now resides in Sarasota. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the outdoors, and following major sports.

Brad Kimbirl partners closely with clients at True PEO to help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their HR, payroll, and compliance strategies through customized PEO solutions. With more than 30 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, operations, and business ownership, Brad brings a practical, real-world perspective to every client relationship. He understands firsthand the challenges companies face when balancing growth with increasing administrative demands, and he works collaboratively to deliver solutions that support both efficiency and long-term success.
Before joining True PEO, Brad built an extensive career serving as a CPA, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer, followed by leadership of a multi-location staffing company. This diverse background gives him a deep understanding of financial management and workforce planning. By connecting business performance with strategic HR decisions, Brad helps organizations optimize hiring, improve compliance, and drive profitability while minimizing risk.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the mountains. He values quality time with his wife, Jill, and their adult children, Ross and Meghan. Brad is also passionate about career coaching and mentoring, helping others transition from “just a job” into fulfilling and purpose-driven professional paths.
