Aaron's professional journey originates from the transportation industry, with a diverse background spanning truckload, flatbed, dedicated, intermodal, and food service, as well as warehousing. He has worked with renowned companies such as JB Hunt, Schneider National, Cardinal Logistics, Performance Food Group, and Sygma/Sysco Foods. Throughout his career, Aaron has served many Fortune 100 clients in dedicated and 3PL spaces.

In the PEO industry, Aaron's journey began as a Regional Safety Manager, and over the past nine years, he has excelled in roles such as Director of Safety, VP of Safety, and SE General Manager. His extensive experience allows him to support clients in a multitude of ways, with a notable strength being his ability to listen intently and offer effective solutions. Aaron's ultimate goal is to be an integral extension of his clients' businesses, helping them achieve their goals.
