Beyond his professional achievements, Sam's personal life is equally remarkable. He has been happily married for 36 years to his beloved Christmas Carol and is a proud parent of two exceptional daughters. Stephanie Pishkula is a seasoned professional with a career deeply rooted in operations management, private equity, and data-driven decision-making. She began her journey with True PEO in December 2023, bringing her extensive expertise to the organization.She got her Bachelors of Public Relations from University of Toledo.
In her role as COO, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing operations and quality control. With nearly two decades of progressive experience, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage and streamline operations to support corporate goals. Her areas of expertise encompass operations management, project management, KPI metrics, payroll operations, benefits administration, financial analysis, HR analysis, and more.

Stephanie excels at identifying and addressing intricate issues, skillfully integrating a variety of solutions to achieve positive results while simultaneously reducing the overall cost of risk. Her approach to handling claims is characterized by a proactive and assertive yet fair demeanor. At True PEO, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in ensuring favorable claim outcomes by collaborating closely with safety experts, clients, carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and brokers.

Daniel Fields joined Resource Employment Solutions in August 2025 as Senior Vice President of Finance. In his role, he leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, cash flow management, risk mitigation, compliance, and finance team leadership. Daniel plays a key role in aligning financial operations with business growth while ensuring long-term stability and performance.
With two master’s degrees — in Accounting and Criminology — and more than a decade of financial leadership experience, Daniel brings both depth and versatility to his position. He began his career as a criminal investigator before transitioning into accounting, later becoming a CPA. His career path includes five years in public accounting and five years as Controller at CoAdvantage Resources, a large PEO, before joining Resource Employment Solutions.
Born and raised in Miami, Daniel has lived in Florida his entire life and now resides in Sarasota. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the outdoors, and following all major sports.

Business Development Manager
Brad Kimbirl partners with clients at True PEO to help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their HR, payroll, and compliance strategies through customized PEO solutions. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and business ownership, Brad understands the real-world challenges companies face when balancing growth with administrative complexity.
Before joining True PEO, Brad built an extensive career as a CPA, Controller, and CFO before leading a multi-location staffing company. His financial expertise and leadership experience allow him to connect business performance with workforce strategy, helping organizations make smarter hiring and HR decisions that drive profitability and reduce risk.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the mountains, and values time with his wife, Jill, and their adult children, Ross and Meghan. He’s also passionate about career coaching, helping others move from “jobs” to fulfilling professional paths.
