 Brad Kimbirl partners with clients at True PEO to help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their HR, payroll, and compliance strategies through customized PEO solutions. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and business ownership, Brad understands the real-world challenges companies face when balancing growth with administrative complexity. 

Before joining True PEO, Brad built an extensive career as a CPA, Controller, and CFO before leading a multi-location staffing company. His financial expertise and leadership experience allow him to connect business performance with workforce strategy, helping organizations make smarter hiring and HR decisions that drive profitability and reduce risk. 

Outside of work, Brad enjoys hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the mountains, and values time with his wife, Jill, and their adult children, Ross and Meghan. He’s also passionate about career coaching, helping others move from “jobs” to fulfilling professional paths.
