With more than 30 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, operations, and business ownership, Brad brings a practical, real-world perspective to every client relationship. He understands firsthand the challenges companies face when balancing growth with increasing administrative demands, and he works collaboratively to deliver solutions that support both efficiency and long-term success.

Before joining True PEO, Brad built an extensive career serving as a CPA, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer, followed by leadership of a multi-location staffing company. This diverse background gives him a deep understanding of financial management and workforce planning. By connecting business performance with strategic HR decisions, Brad helps organizations optimize hiring, improve compliance, and drive profitability while minimizing risk.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the mountains. He values quality time with his wife, Jill, and their adult children, Ross and Meghan. Brad is also passionate about career coaching and mentoring, helping others transition from “just a job” into fulfilling and purpose-driven professional paths.
